Code of Conduct and Liability
Code of Conduct
Good Vibes Only. Seriously, just be respectful, we're all here to have fun!
We have zero tolerance for discrimination and harassment. Any person with a history of this behavior will be issued an automatic ban from all events and message forums.
Helmets are MANDATORY on all rides. This is for your own safety, TBIs are traumatic for everyone involved.
Riders must always give way to pedestrians and non-powered vehicles.Â
All speed limits should be obeyed; a speed limit of 15mph is recommended on mixed-use paths if there is not one posted.
Pedestrians must be given an audible signal before overtaking or passing them, a siren or horn may not be used.
Lights are required when riding at night, riders must have at least one white headlight and one red taillight.
Riders who do not respect these rules or the instructions of Ride Leaders may be asked to leave. Repeat offenders will be banned from all Boston PEV events.
Content featuring banned riders may be removed from official chats at the discretion of the admins.
